  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description.

  • Custom and personalized orders may take longer depending on design and production time.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier may vary depending on the order size and destination.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs.

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons (holidays).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of damage to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Depending on the case, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.
