At CRAFTED – The Nelson Co., we take pride in the quality and care put into every handmade and custom item. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
1. Returns for Non-Custom Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are final sale.

Once work has begun on a custom project, cancellations, refunds, or returns are not available.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the damage for review.

Depending on the situation, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
